Shipping & Delivery
The LuxuryChandelier.co.uk holds stocks of a large range of products and as we check of all items that we sell we are able to provide a fast reliable complete service to our customers. If a product is in stock then you could normally expect to receive it within 48 hours* of placing your order however, we will call you to find out the most convenient day for you. When we call you, you may wish to let us know other delivery arrangements e.g. leave with neighbor etc. If the product you order is being delivered by our specialist delivery service they will contact you to confirm the delivery day with you, this will normally be within 10 to 22 working days from placing your order*. We will always contact you prior to dispatching your order to confirm the delivery arrangements. In the event that an item being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and contact you again as soon as it arrives to arrange delivery.

How much do we charge for delivery?
The cost of delivery for the whole of the UK mainland is included for order above £50 for the rest orders is £10.00 – what you see is what you pay.
If you are not on the mainland then please contact our sales office, preferably by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will then be able to let you know any additional delivery costs.
All deliveries are assumed to be to the ground floor. You must inform us at the time of ordering if delivery is required to other than a ground floor destination. An additional charge may be made for delivery to other floors not accessible by lift. If the company is not informed and delivery is unsuccessful the company reserves the right to make a charge (up to £100 Inc. vat).
After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an “Order Confirmation” email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say “Order Confirmation from LuxuryChandelier.co.uk” and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt – so don’t delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.
If you do not receive an “Order Confirmation” email from us within 24 hours of placing your order.

We are happy to refund or exchange most items within 14 days of receipt. Please check details for return.
WHAT CAN YOU RETURN?
We want you to be a happy with everything you purchase with LuxuryChandelier.co.uk
Should you wish to return an item we are happy to exchange or refund your items within 14 days of receipt and ask that:
· Items are undamaged and unused
· All items are in a re-salable condition, including original packing and tags,
· A proof of purchase is provided
. Made-to-order items are non refundable unless the items are faulty or damaged (contact email@example.com for assistance)

RETURNING GOODS – 3 EASY WAYS TO RETURN
1. Courier – some items can be returned via courier and postal returns. Please allow 2 weeks for refund to be credited to your account.
2. Postal Returns – repackage goods and enclose the returns form overleaf with items. Failure to do so will cause a delay to your refund. Attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel. Send via your local Post Office – retain proof of posting until refund has been received. Please allow 2 weeks for refund to be credited to your account.
3. Back to store – bring your item to our store. Present your delivery note as proof of purchase – along with the original payment card(s) to be refunded in store. Excludes orders placed on eBay.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Luxury Chandelier will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Ordering Information.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by the Luxury Chandelier Customer Service team.
We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party gains unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
Payment, Pricing & PromotionsAll prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
