The Luxury Chandelier holds stock of a large range of products and as we check of all items that we sell we are able to provide a fast reliable complete service to our customers. If the product you order is being delivered by our specialist delivery service they will contact you to confirm the delivery day with you.
We will always contact you prior to dispatching your order to confirm the delivery arrangements. In the event that an item being temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and contact you again as soon as it arrives to arrange delivery.
How much do we charge for delivery?
The cost of delivery for the whole of the UK mainland is free of charge – what you see is what you pay.
If you are not on the mainland then please contact our sales office, preferably by email email@example.com and we will then be able to let you know any additional delivery costs.
All deliveries are assumed to be to the ground floor. You must inform us at the time of ordering if delivery is required to other than a ground floor destination. An additional charge may be made for delivery to other floors not accessible by lift. If the company is not informed and delivery is unsuccessful the company reserves the right to make a charge (up to £100 Inc. vat).
