Where do you deliver?

We can deliver anywhere in the mainland United Kingdom.

If you are not on the mainland or not in the United Kingdom then please contact our sales office, preferably by email (customerservice@luxurychandelier.co.uk) and we will then be able to let you know any additional delivery costs. We do delivery to Europe, Canada, Untied States, Saudi Arabia and more. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

When will I get delivery?

We offer 3 types of delivery for our products

QUICK delivery for items that are in stock will be delivered up to 7 working days.
STANDARD delivery for items that are in pre-stock will be delivered up to 21 working days.
HANDCRAFTED lighting especially for YOU and sofas deliveries will take up to 6 weeks. Our carriers will contact you directly to agree time slots.

I still haven’t received my order even though I’ve been notified of its dispatch. Please email us at contact@luxurychandelier.co.uk with your name and order number and we will look into it immediately. All of our parcels are tracked so we will be able to resolve any problems quickly for you.

Can I choose a different delivery address?

Yes, it is possible to choose a different delivery address to the billing address at the point of checkout.

Why do I have more than one delivery? Where are my other items?

This may be a result of your order consisting of a combination of both Standard, Quick and handcrafted which are delivered by different couriers.

Are my card details secure on your system?

Yes, your card details are completely secure.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, our order-line is (+44) 07704250076 and we are open from: Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm.

When will you debit my order?

All orders are debited at the time of the transaction.

How can I check when a certain product is available?

Our website is constantly updated with current stock availability.

I want more information on a product?

Then email us at contact@luxurychandelier.co.uk specifying what you need to know and we will send you as much information as we can.

Do we supply products for commercial use?

Our products are recommended for domestic and commercial purposes.

How do I use my discount, media or promotional code?

If you have a Discount, Promotion or Media Code you simply need to enter this at the checkout or give it to the customer service agent for phone orders and this will then calculate any discount available at that time. Please note that only one promotional offer can be used at any one time and these exclude products already discounted and delivery charges.
