We are happy to refund or exchange most items within 14 days of receipt. Please check details for return.

WHAT CAN YOU RETURN?

We want you to be a happy with everything you purchase at Luxury Chandelier 

Should you wish to return an item we are happy to exchange or refund your items within 14 days of receipt under mentioned below terms and conditions:

.      Made-to-order items are non refundable unless the items are faulty or damaged (contact customercare@luxurychandelier.co.uk for assistance)

·      Items are undamaged and unused

·      All items are in a re-sealable condition, including original packing and tags,

·      A proof of purchase is provided

Details terms and conditions can be found via help section at www.luxurychandelier.co.uk. Our policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods.

 

RETURNING GOODS – 3 EASY WAYS TO RETURN

1.   Courier – some items can be returned via courier and postal returns. Please allow 2 weeks for refund to be credited to your account.

2.   Postal Returns – repackage goods and enclose the returns form overleaf with items. Failure to do so will cause a delay to your refund. Attach the returns label to the outside of your parcel. Send via your local Post Office – retain proof of posting until refund has been received. Please allow 2 weeks for refund to be credited to your account.

3.   Back to store – bring your item to our store. Present your delivery note as proof of purchase – along with the original payment card(s) to be refunded in store. Address: Moss End Garden Village Unit 10E/1, Maidenhead Road RG42 6EJ Warfield.

FAULTY/DAMAGED PRODUCT?

·      Contact customer services via the website within 48h from delivery or email customercare@luxurychandelier.co.uk

MISSING PRODUCT?

·      Items may arrive in separate parcels, as products are are dispatched from different warehouses.
